Question: Do you offer printing services?
Answer: Yes and no. We are not a printing company. And we do not do printing our self's. However we do have various printing companies we work with. And we can order print items for you. We do not charge anything on the product. What we pay is what you pay, no more no less. But we will charge a preparation fee. As we need to make sure the files that go to the print company are print ready. Question: How much does a website cost?
Answer: Website cost varies from client to client. And there is not a set price we can tell you. However we can tell you the more preparation you have done, the less expensive it will be. Such as content like text and photos. Also knowing exactly what you want helps the price out. It's all really basic. And depending on what kind of website you want also varies the price. An example of that would be, if we used a website builder or coded it by hand. Question: How does your budget website program work?
Answer: Our budget website program is very simple. Want to have a professional site but can't afford one? Then this is for you! The first step is filling out our application for it (To view the application click on the blue link that says "View budget website application form" at the bottom of this paragraph). You tell us how much you would like to pay for the entire site, how often you can make payments, and how much you can afford to pay per payment. Then one of our website budget specialist will contact you and work out the final terms of the agreement. We do your website in chunks, as you make payments. And before you know it your payments are done and your website is launched. Question: Are you hiring?
Answer: Yes, we are currently accepting applications. We are looking for programmers, graphic designers, computer techs, and everything else in between. Question: How do I download, install & connect the remote support software?
Answer:
Step 1: On our home page first click on either the "Instant housecall any time, anywhere, instantly" or "the software box picture".
step 2: Click on "Save File" if needed.
step 3: Double click on the file you just downloaded (method varies according to your web browser)
step 4: Click on "run" *note: you may have to click yes on a pop up, to run as administrator.
step 5: Type in the "How can I help you box" the reason for which you are requesting remote support. (Fill in your correct info)
step 6: Click start session & you will be connected with one of our remote support technicians, who will help you whatever your needs may be.
