What is Cholent? Cholent is simply a traditional Jewish stew. And why did we name our company after stew? Why not? It's good right? Some may never understand. And some may have trouble pronouncing it. But it's part of our identity. And we would like to think as a stew being a collage of various ingredients and we are a collage of services.
